Our latest project - Levitt Cape Cod Kitchen Wait until you see what this place is goning to look like when Schavis is done.
Schavisman -- you MUST set the stage completely to show the full extent of the transformation (which will be magnificent!) Don't forget that there was a row of ceiling mounted cabs over the peninsula!
GG is refering to the 2/8 posting of mine. This house sold for $130K. The bidding started at $25K and went up from there. There was one bidder that didn't want to follow the auctioneer's advances of $5K and she kept doing the $2500 advances. Kind of annoying, especially since she dropped out at $110K. Fun auction. Thanks for the comment GG.

Hey Schavis, do you know what the final sale price of the Baltimore House was?
Good luck with the kitchen.
